MEET YOUR NOTARY
About Vanessa
Protecting what matters most through attention to detail and genuine care.
My Background
My career has been built on protecting people and their property. Through my work as a police officer and in quality control for a federally contracted organization processing veterans’ compensation and pension exams, I developed a strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and helping others during important moments.
As a police officer, I learned the importance of vigilance, attention to detail, and responding to people’s needs during critical situations. That role taught me how to assess circumstances quickly, identify potential issues, and take action to protect both individuals and their property.
In my current role as a Quality Control Support Specialist, I review documentation, processes, and case handling so important items do not slip through the cracks. I make sure requests are completed correctly, deadlines are respected, and errors are caught before they cause bigger problems. That same mindset carries directly into my notary work.
Why Notary Services?
I launched Stamped in Texas, LLC because I saw how crucial proper documentation is in protecting people’s rights and property. Whether you’re signing estate planning documents, closing on a home, or completing I-9 verification for employment, these moments require someone who takes the responsibility seriously.
I bring the same level of care and precision to every notarization that I applied in law enforcement and quality control. Your documents matter, and I make sure every detail is handled correctly.
What I Offer
Stamped in Texas, LLC provides mobile notary services throughout Montgomery County, Texas and remote online notary services nationwide. I offer a variety of services such as general notary work, loan signing agent services, I-9 verification, certified document translations, apostille facilitation, and field inspections.
I regularly work with families, estate planning attorneys, title companies, real estate professionals, HR departments, and local businesses that need dependable, accurate notarization.
I also work for a company providing alarm systems, AI analytical cameras, access control, fire alarms, and home automation for residential and commercial clients. This dual focus on documentation and security reflects my commitment to protecting what matters most to people.
Available When You Need Me
Life does not always fit neatly into business hours. For remote online notarizations, I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, as long as the receiving party accepts a remote notarization. Many lenders, employers, and agencies already do.
Whether you are traveling, working late, out of state, or simply prefer to handle things from home, I can meet with you securely online and complete your notarization without you having to fight traffic or rearrange your entire day.
Beyond Notary Work
I host an Airbnb property in Galveston and enjoy hearing about the fun things guests discovered and did on the island during their stay. I am also involved in supporting veterans and first responders through community events. These experiences keep me connected to the community I serve and remind me why this work matters.
My Approach
I believe in direct, practical service. I show up on time, handle your documents with care, and make sure you understand the process. Whether it’s a mobile appointment at your home or a remote online session, you can expect professionalism and genuine attention to your needs.
Your information is handled with discretion and respect. I work with sensitive records every day and treat your documents as if they were my own family’s. If something ever needs correcting, I do not ignore it — I address it promptly, because your timeline and peace of mind matter.
I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, whether paid or unpaid. My role is to make sure your notarization is done properly so you can move forward with confidence.
