Stamped in Texas, LLC provides professional notary and related services including, but not limited to, mobile notary, remote online notarization, apostille facilitation, I-9 verification, certified document translation facilitation, field inspections, and loan signing services.
All services are provided in compliance with Texas notary law and all applicable federal and state regulations.
3. No Legal Advice
Stamped in Texas, LLC and its representatives are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
All notarial and facilitation services are limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and completing lawful notarizations or document processing assistance in accordance with Texas law.
4. Use of Website
You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

7. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are based on availability and may include evenings and weekends.
Remote Online Notarizations (RON) are available only when permitted under applicable law and when the receiving institution accepts digital notarizations.
Stamped in Texas, LLC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to incomplete documentation, identification issues, or non-compliance with Texas notary laws.
8. Apostille and Facilitation Services
Apostille and translation facilitation services are limited to coordination and assistance. Stamped in Texas, LLC does not issue apostilles or perform translation certifications directly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that documents meet the requirements of the requesting agency or foreign authority.
9. Field Inspections
Field inspection services may involve photos, reports, and documentation completed on behalf of clients. Stamped in Texas, LLC is not liable for client misuse or misrepresentation of inspection results.
All inspection results are based on visual observation and information available at the time of the visit.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, graphics, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Stamped in Texas, LLC, unless otherwise noted.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
